你這個薪水根本是悲劇，高雄薪水低就算了，第一年還沒補滿 公司根本超爽der 用三年請一個廉價勞工 第三階段後，全勤還包在35k裡面，扣掉勞健保看你剩多少 公司根本是想凹你就凹你，之後大概分紅年終也是繼續凹你 反正你就是三年走不了 至於三年後你有多少價值，你自己應該最清楚 我自己也是研替服役中 第一年沒補滿的公司完全不用考慮 雖然我是在北部一年46k 但我一堆朋友在南部延替也是都35k以上 重點是 第一年一定會補滿，這是找延替的基本要求 一堆人說你去當兵錢更少，聽他在放x，會講這種話的一定不是以碩士身分去考慮 你只要想想公司給你的錢值不值得你綁三年，三年後你身價多少 申請延替本身就是碩士畢業的優勢，你沒好好運用這個優勢挑到一間好公司 反正去了一間公司讓自己變成廉價勞工，這種要求我這輩子都沒聽過 你當完兵出來絕對35k以上，不用懷疑這就是理工碩士的行情 更何況你是中央畢業的，被凹成這樣校長都要哭了吧 你現在該考慮的不是該不該回役，而是該怎麼回役 延替回役根本超難的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.17.212 ※ 編輯: sick09843 來自: 124.11.17.212 (10/30 09:30) ※ 編輯: sick09843 來自: 124.11.17.212 (10/30 09:32)

標題[問題] 利用買保險的方式加薪請益

請問一下大家， 上個月老闆答應讓我每個月加薪六千元， 不過老闆娘知道了以後不太滿意， 所以派公司的企管顧問來和我談，說只能給我加兩千元， 剩下的四千就是去購買增額終身壽險(六年期) 公司為要保人，我為被保人，離職之後要保人改為我， 我覺得這樣的方式很不妥， 不過我也想不出有甚麼方案可以提出， 所以想要請教一下各位，若以這樣的情況， 有甚麼替代方案可以提出呢? 感謝各位。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.102.58

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】爆發食用油品問題的大統長基公司傳出舊制退休準備金嚴重不足，餘額僅剩3.4萬元。勞委會主委潘世偉上午在立院社環委員會備詢時，表示今天行政院將開會來協調消費者和勞工權益問題，因大統長基目前有資金被扣在檢察機關，希望彰化縣府能協調讓僱主申請把部分款項挪做為勞工退休準備金之用。

勞委會調查，大統長基的舊制勞退準備金餘額只有3.4萬元，但該公司209名勞工中，有42名本國籍勞工適用勞退舊制，其中有6人已符合退休資格，所需退休金估計就要至少600萬元，若所有舊制勞工都須退休或資遣，所需資金更要2千萬元以上。

另外，潘世偉也重申，大統的停工事由並非經濟因素，依法不能實施無薪假，不會同意該公司無薪假申請，工資都必須照給勞工。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國BBC網站中的專欄「來自其他地方的新聞」(News from elsewhere)當中，在今日引述《台北時報》報導，指出總統馬英九現在面對許多抗議者的丟鞋攻擊，因此警方拿出捕鞋網來保護馬英九。

文中還提及捕鞋網的價格約為17000英鎊(約新台幣80萬元)，但反對黨批評「浪費錢」。報導也指出，2008年美國前總統小布希也遭受到「丟鞋攻擊」，當時小布希被一名伊拉克記者丟鞋抗議。

【陸運鋒／台北報導】台北市1名60歲計程車司機林姓男子，今天凌晨2時許，載著1名乘客行經市民大道台北轉運站前時，從迴轉道迴轉，不料撞上1名騎乘機車的林姓男子，騎士當場被撞飛，民眾見狀趕緊報警；警消趕抵趕緊將騎士送醫，所幸並無大礙。

警方調查，林姓司機酒測值為0.37毫克，訊後依公共危險罪將他移送法辦。

標題[感謝] 二年多前送我巧虎書籍的媽媽

原本想寫信感謝的,但信件都被我刪掉了 @@ 找不到人了! 二年多前(也可能三年前)那時大腹便便,上來板上徵求婦嬰用品 有位好心的媽媽送了我一組全新的研磨組(好用耶!)還有許多巧虎書籍 那時我對巧虎大神沒有什麼感覺,只是單純感謝媽咪的贈與! 結果,這些巧虎大神書籍成了我的救命仙丹(小孩超愛呀!不過巧虎很貴,我訂不下手) 而且我以為小孩只愛跟他年紀相仿的巧虎書籍(寶寶版,幼幼版) 但出乎我意料之外,連小學版的都看@@ 這幾天因為小孩感冒,又開始每天都要看一下巧虎書籍 今天早上還邊吃早餐邊問我 為什麼他的感冒還沒好,講著講著自己還講到"白血球" 還說巧虎書本有,可是他忘記了,要我晚上翻出來再給他看 嗯~~我只能說真是感謝當年那位媽咪的贈與(還有謝謝妳的女兒願意送這些書) 而且巧虎的搶手程度就連在二手書籍也都是炙手可熱,這是我當年一點都不了解的 所以請讓我用這篇文章再次感謝您吧!! 感謝您的好心,祝您 闔家平安 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.29.21
