聽力不好的人，可別長戴耳機聽音樂！一名18歲高中生，小時候聽力就不好，卻疏忽保護，每天上、下課通勤，在公車和捷運上總是拿著手機聽音樂，一聽就是2、3個鐘頭以上，幾年下來，不但異常耳鳴，連講電話貼近話筒都聽不到，就醫檢查，聽力竟已退化，沒有50分貝以上就聽不見，兩耳都得戴上助聽器。

智慧型手機不離身，街頭、捷運都常見有年輕人戴著耳機、搖頭晃腦，但醫師門診觀察，近年因此造成聽力受損、聽力惡化的年輕人增加至少2至3成。

收治病人的振興醫院耳鼻喉部暨聽覺醫學中心主任力博宏表示，一般人正常聽力約25分貝以下，但這名高中生就醫時，沒有5、60分貝根本就聽不到，全因為長期遭受噪音轟炸，聽力嚴重受損，最後只能兩側都戴上助聽器。

不管是搭車或逛街，力博宏說，根據調查，背景值的噪音就高達50至60分貝，這時戴耳機聽音樂，若想聽得清楚、聽得High，音量至少80、90分貝起跳，長久下來勢必會造成聽力受損。

力博宏建議，通勤時間真想聽音樂放鬆，最好採間歇性的聆聽方式，適時讓耳朵休息一下，且耳機挑選也有學問，最好挑選耳罩式的耳機，因為耳塞式的耳機會讓壓力全悶在耳內無法渲洩、對聽力衝擊較大。

怎麼會有這種妹妹？一名女子因為外貌不佳，為了想要留住男友，竟然把有輕度智能障礙的姊姊，獻給男友淪為性奴，甚至連男友的未成年弟弟也跟著有樣學樣霸王硬上弓，時間長達2年。社工雖然已經介入安置，全案也已經進入司法程序，但姊姊卻已經成為長期性創傷症候群、憂鬱症的患者，悲慘遭遇讓人同情不已。

這起案件發生在2011年2、3月期間，25歲的小草(化名)因為家鄉的工廠倒閉，她只好到桃園市一間食品工廠上班。她的妹妹小珍(化名)和吳姓男友，當時在小草的工廠附近的一處舊公寓租屋，2人讓小草入住，但他們卻另有盤算，原來他們因為好吃懶做繳出不出1萬元的房租，決定讓小草入住是把她當提款機。

原本小草並未多想，但小珍等人卻乘機到領姊姊戶頭的錢，甚至還會見肖轉生氣，質問說「我是妳妹妹，難道妳還不相信我嗎？」且根據最新一期《壹週刊》報導，小草長相清秀，小珍卻是五短身材，小珍男友竟將歪腦筋動小草身上，試探性地問小珍「我可以上妳姊嗎？」不料小珍卻說「隨便你啦！」吳男就真的性侵小草。

不僅如此，小珍在事發當時不制止，甚至還在一旁觀看活春宮；吳男食髓知味，性侵小草多次，不料吳男的17歲弟弟也有樣學樣，性侵小草10多次，吳男甚至連2人最具姿色的大姊也肖想。直到2012年4月，小草將此事告訴素不相識的清潔員小林，報警處理將這群人逮捕歸案，小林和小草也成為夫妻，彼此相互扶持。只是司法一審因為小珍的翻供，判決吳姓兄弟無罪，這讓小林和小草更是氣憤不已。
