品質文件管制問題

請問各位大大
因為剛被派去執行品質文件管制有些問題希望可以得到解答
1. 文件經多次修改後，須重新發行。這句話是代表如果我的文件改版很多次後
中間修改紀錄也記了很多 所以可以利用重新發行將記錄區清空重新開始嗎?
還是說是其他解釋

2. 因為我們公司要變更名稱 請問文件的表頭都要修改成新的公司名 但內容都沒有變動 這樣我需要改版次嗎? 例如我現在3版 我改了名稱就變4版嗎?

3.請問品質手冊:因為我們公司是紙本發行文件 那原稿送來文管編號後要發行給各單位 請問那文管要保存原稿 又要印一份發行的給文管 這樣覺得很不環保 請問是否可以不用多印一份發行版給文管呢? 還是不行一定要呢?
