預售屋如果貸款不過 請問可以把貸款人臨時轉給我弟弟嗎?(弟弟有工作 首購) 有查過有些建商貸款不過會退錢, 但我不想退 因為房價都漲了一波 但我名下已經有房 怕第二間貸款成數太低會貸不過 請問預收屋的貸款若沒過可以找親人為貸款人嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.57.132.21
