【李菁豪／高雄報導】為提供嶄新的參觀環境和更舒適的遊憩空間，高雄壽山動物園從即日起關閉獅園、大鳥園、兒童牧場，以便進行整修、增設工程，同時將在兒童牧場旁邊新闢建1個鹿園，作為臺灣梅花鹿教育展示區，預計年底前可完工，屆時將與兒童牧場整合成1個完整的嶄新參觀空間，預計將成為動物園的新遊憩亮點。
