侵入英銀行電腦偷錢 8人被捕

（路透倫敦20日電）英國警方今天說，8名男子被控左右英商巴克萊銀行分行的電腦系統，藉以竊取130萬英鎊（210萬美元），已被補。

這8人被控偽裝成工程師，在巴克萊銀行（Barclays）倫敦瑞士別墅區（Swiss Cottage）分行一台電腦，裝上一個硬體裝置，藉以偷錢。 倫敦都會區警察局（Metropolitan Police）發布聲明說：「英國執法單位見到這類新的犯案手法逐漸升高，顯示透過網路發動的低風險、高收益犯罪行為正迅速進展。」 警方說，巴克萊銀行已取回被偷走款項的大部份金額。 英國本月稍早也發生類似事件，一個12人幫派試圖控制西班牙國際銀行（Santander）英國分支的電腦系統，因而被捕。他們被控試圖偷取數以百萬計英鎊。中央社（翻譯）
