陳怡潔：高鐵已賺錢 不應調漲

針對票價將於10月8日調漲，親民黨立委陳怡潔指出，據高鐵財報顯示，高鐵已自2011年開始轉虧為盈，去年賺了40億元，今年前八個月也賺了20億元，根本沒有票價不敷成本的問題。

陳怡潔進一步說，高鐵通車至今滿座率只有五成左右，五成的滿座率卻能賺錢，顯示票價其實很高，這是因為國內航空已經被高鐵打趴了，民眾沒有選擇，只能搭乘高鐵，高鐵現在該做的應該是提供更多優惠，鼓勵民眾搭乘高鐵，提高滿座率，這樣才是良性循環，而不是一直漲票價。
