毒品入監執行...驗尿？？

1.入監執行   執行時就一定會做相關檢驗

 2.超過7日未必會通緝   也未必要到超過7日才通緝

若依法   只要執行日未到之隔天   就可以通緝

但有些執行科檢察官會給受刑人方便

而有些則未必

3.驗不過   看是另案處理   或是行政罰單

(因為板大並未說驗不過是哪一級毒品)

4.地檢署是有值日檢察官

但所謂24小時   不太懂

因為相關看守所   也有時間限制

所以....不是版大何時報到   都會被移送到基隆看守所
