國慶非民俗節日 雙十不連假

光輝十月，今年雙十節是星期四，不過隔天周五卻沒有彈性放假。國民黨立委賴士葆今天(2日)在立法院司法法制委員會質詢行政院人事行政總處人事長黃富源時問到，為何今年中秋節是星期四有彈性放假，為何同樣是星期四的雙十節卻沒有放假？

對此，黃富源回應表示，人事總處是依照連假相關處理要點辦理，民俗節日才會調整連假，但國慶日並非民俗節日，所以就沒有彈性放假。至於未來是否會研修要點，則需要相關部會達成共識。

黃富源說：『(原音)國慶日沒有連假的原因，是因為我們規定裡面有討論到，要變成連休是要跟我們民俗有關才能轉移連休，所以國慶日跟民俗比較沒有關係，還有228那天也跟民俗比較沒有關係，所以就沒有特別連休。』
