徵 求 者：一位來台北短期旅遊的外國朋友，男性，生活習慣良好 欲租種類：雅房 性 別：男 徵求地點：北車周圍，中山站，東門站，古亭站，或是板南線沿線 聯絡方式：請寄站內信給我 或電0936306910陳小姐 預定租金：兩周約6000左右 坪數格局：一坪為3.30582平方公尺，約比一雙人床稍大，請勿搞錯。 隔間材質：水泥 設備要求：書桌椅、床、衣櫥、置物櫃 等基本配備 其他要求： 備 註：租屋時間為12/23~1/3號 他是個愛乾淨生活作息良好的德國人，目前是學生身分，不出入夜店酒店 等場所。請房東們不用擔心房間的整潔問題，可以放心將房子短租給他。 對方會一些簡單中文，而且入住時我會陪他一起去，所以也請房東不用擔 心語言不通的問題，如果入住期間有什麼事也可以聯絡我。 希望可以在此找到適合的房子，謝謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.204.164
