【月詠】兩字是音讀還是訓讀??

以正統的「ツクヨミ」來回答的話
這個詞算是偏訓讀。
標準的寫法應該是「月夜見」或是「月読み」
（初出於日本古事紀中月神的名稱,不過當時沒有用漢字。）

而如果用您說的漢字「月詠」的話
個人所知道是出現在動漫畫作品、遊戲、歌曲標題上
比較偏向拿ツクヨミ的發音「假借」漢字使用
因此算是造語的一種（因為其實漢字不對）

不過硬要說的話還是算訓讀。
