台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，依洩密罪起訴黃世銘，創下中華民國司法史上首例。總統府今天表示，尊重司法。

台北地檢署認定，黃世銘在關說司法案未偵結前，就赴中興寓所向馬總統報告，已觸犯洩密罪，今天偵結將黃世銘起訴。
