是這樣的 小弟我最近開始上健身課程
主要是想練出腹部跟手臂的線條
教練建議我可以在訓練完補充蛋白質
好像有一些比較專業的健身學員都會補充高蛋白?

不過這幾天我做了一點功課
就有看到一些文章是講攝取過多的蛋白質容易造成蝕骨作用
也就是骨質的密度容易下降
所以想問有在健身的大家 這期間有需要補充鈣片來維持骨密度嗎??
