請問一下，
無線電車機驗機，器材使用的人員有限制嗎？照法規來看應該是只要有合法的使用執照、機子也是驗過的機子，那就能合法的使用是吧？

如此的話，那是不是可以請賣無線電車機的店家，以老闆或第三人的執照來驗機，如此就不需要以自己的執照驗機？

會這樣問是因為執照忘了在老家沒帶，而又有需要用到車機時，不就沒辦法買機子、驗機了嗎？
