請問筆記本電腦win7 32位 cpu I5-3210M Ram3.5G

原來是win7系統32位裝premiere pro cs4.0
原來的Ram是4G
後來增加4G 現在有8G的ram
裝了Win7系統64位

安裝premiere pro cs5.0
反而沒有當初4.0快 甚至更lag 特別是在播放的時候(素材並沒有很高清很大)

爲什麽呢?

這個情況下應該重新安裝premiere pro cs5 還是裝什麽版本？

或者有什麽情況可以優化（硬體不改變的情況）

另外問一下 Adobe After effect 要安裝的話
目前配置 使用可以順暢的情況下應該裝什麽版本~
