高鐵漲價、整體服務卻沒跟著提升問題，在立法院交通委員會成為質詢焦點。交通部長葉匡時表示高鐵太令人失望，將請高鐵局嚴加督導，高鐵董事長歐晉德也應立委要求到場備詢，並向因停駛事件而受到影響的民眾鞠躬道歉。
