因為有提到下大雨後....
有可能是排水管路有漏水，但是只有下大雨，水量大才會發生。

我目前住的房子就是這樣，下大雨時由頂樓排水孔位置對應下來到室內牆壁位置會滲水。

下小雨時並不會滲水。

後來去暫時封住頂樓排水孔，等下大雨再觀察就沒有滲水了.

猜測是排水孔接PVC管有縫隙,水量大時排水不及，滿上來到縫隙處滲到牆壁.

水量小時不會滿到縫隙處所以就不會發聲牆壁滲水.
