目前小弟有一房想委託銷售，聽說有許多人都下殺四趴的仲介費。但是跟仲介談的 時候，他們都說看賣價是否達到預期再決定趴數。現在問題是委託書記載都是四趴， 已經簽好了，屆時要如何殺? 另外某一連鎖仲介要求簽一份聯合行銷同意書。上面有十幾家，名稱都與品牌不同。 應該就是加盟店，請問有沒有簽對於賣方的權益影響如何? 謝謝您的耐心閱讀心與回答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.48.196
