代po文 同事發生的情況: 上班打完卡 主管不准同事進公司 叫他回家 原本主管是要開除 後放棄開除的念頭 但當天主管卻以事假為由 不支付薪水(月薪) 同事認為這是主管不准上班 應以公假論 請問這情形 公司是否可以單面以事假論? 是否有違勞基法 或可向勞委會申訴? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.14.232
