Dati輪組送修等待時間問題

請問版上是否有送修過Dati輪組的經驗?

我上個月購入Dati Trumph輪組，不過第一次騎乘之後(里程80KM、爬坡1500m)發現有些偏擺因此連絡客服並於10/22寄回原廠。

兩星期後11/5有詢問原廠，原廠回覆"由於展覽期間1/5~1/8.人員都在展覽.抱歉 我們會盡快處理的 謝謝".

到目前已滿一個月還沒回來，Dati原廠回覆信件速度滿快也滿客氣的這部分是值得鼓勵，不過想請問以輪組送修時間來說這樣是否算久? 還是一般輪組送修都還有更久的案例，需要更耐心等待?
