護理師慘遭民代施暴　衛福部盼修法抗暴

【蔡明樺／台北報導】桃園縣蘆竹鄉民代表王貴芬，因不滿林口長庚醫院護理師沒在電話中解釋家屬病情，竟跑到護理長室掌摑護理師，引起網友撻伐。衛福部醫事司長李偉強今強烈譴責醫院暴力，指無論任何人都不該毆打醫事人員，王貴芬已違反《醫療法》，桃園縣衛生局可依法裁罰3萬至5萬元，而該名遭暴力的護理師，也可向檢調舉發、交司法處理。  

李偉強說，醫療院所暴力事件層出不窮，已有多名立委提案修正《醫療法》，將醫院暴力從目前的告訴乃論改成公訴罪，保障醫事人員工作權。
