小鴨首日碰寒流　12度低溫人潮卻步

【戴之聖、陳建緯／基隆報導】小鴨首日遊進基隆港，沒想到卻碰到大陸冷氣團影響，根據氣象局資料，基隆僅有12度低溫，在低溫寒風中，預計的人潮並不如預期，到場看鴨民眾紛紛圍起圍巾、穿起大衣禦寒。主辦單位也趁著人潮未湧現前仍加緊施工，把海洋廣場的地板損壞處翻修，也趕緊把水中漂浮的垃圾撈起。
