日月光停工　環保署對高市環保局先褒後貶

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】日月光K7廠昨遭高雄市環保局勒令停工，環保署今白天發布新聞稿「高度肯定」高雄市環保局認真態度，但晚間又發布新聞稿表示，高雄市政府的8大日月光停工理由，除故障不報備且未停產或降產而繼續排放外，其他理由均顯薄弱，「因這些理由是平日稽查或發生前就可處罰或要求改善的違規，不必累積成為重大污染再來勒令停工的理由，造成環保、經濟與勞工三輸局面」。

環保署說，日月光案只要有1項符合停工要件的事證成立，即可命令停工，這是高雄市政府在後續訴願或訴訟中要守住的底線。
