板上的良劣仲介討論文也不少了， 這次想來聊聊屋主這方面，下次再聊買方吧XD 講我同事遇到的情況 屋主本來自售，同事打電話過去屋主當下就要求見面 委託也很順利的就接了 談的很愉快的時候，屋主冒出一句：你們會幫忙整理或維持屋況吧？ 我那同事呢，基本上是個很熱心服務不錯的仲介 同事說：當然會啦，像是帶看完的打掃、拖地是基本 然後屋主接著說：那有沒有送油漆？我看有些仲介都會說簽專任送油漆 我那同事聽到有專任，當然樂的說：好，沒問題 屋主：但是我不簽專任約，我簽一般約給你三個月，不過我只給你賣 同事也答應了... 就這樣直到油漆完兩個禮拜後，總時間委託也不超過一個月 我去帶看的時候就發現其他的仲介也在帶看了 當下我的直覺就是 我同事的善良被這屋主利用 高專還被利用，頗慘... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.64.163
