賽琳娜戈梅茲取消巡演　被爆得狼瘡

【林慧娟／綜合報導】「迪士尼甜心」賽琳娜戈梅茲（Selena  Gomez）上星期突然宣布取消澳洲和亞洲巡演，表示她要多花點時間和自己相處，外傳她還沒走出和「小賈斯汀」賈斯汀畢柏分手的情傷，情緒崩潰。美國網站「Popdust」爆料，她幾年前得了免疫疾病「紅斑性狼瘡」，最近病情發作，因此取消巡演專心養病。
 
報導指出，21歲的賽琳娜最近出現皮膚紅斑、疲勞、肌肉痠痛、頭痛和關節疼痛等症狀，消息人士透露：「賽琳娜這幾年太操勞，她的紅斑性狼瘡復發，她知道自己得好好休息、調養身體。」不過，她的發言人拒絕回應她的病情，只說：「賽琳娜沒崩潰，她想更健康點，所以休息一陣子，她現在還好。」
