智慧型手機只用wifi 不打電話 有免繳月租費 能使用的嗎?

如果家中已經有ADSL就去買一個無線Wi-Fi分享器
這樣在家中就可以無線上網(沒有多少錢,幾佰元的就可以)
要不然可以去中華電信申請Wi-Fi上網
只是全台號稱3萬多個熱點,我實際測試
大多集中在都會區
或是中華電信也有預付卡可以申請
不用在另外辦門號
現在中華電信或其他電信公司服務都很好了
跑一趟門市他們會很熱情的跟你介紹
因為他們也想賺你的錢
