標題[問題] 關於免租裝潢期?!

最近在處理一個租賃的case. 屋主給予房客兩個月免租裝潢期. 但是含在租約期間裡. 而租客希望免租期可以拉出,不然離租金調漲期太近了. 想請教,通常免租裝潢其是有含於租約的期間內嗎!? ex: 103/6/1~107/5/30 租約共五年 屋主認為: 103/6/1~7/30免租~107/5/30共五年 租客希望: 103/4/1~5/30免租.起租為103/6/1~107/5/30 我是覺得租客方較合理,不曉得業界也是多以這麼計!? 先感謝回答~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.66.8.185
