統一獅6日簽下投手賴泊凱，也與外野手羅國龍、投手張耀文達成初步共識，領隊蘇泰安表示「最快明天或後天就會有確定的結果」，獅隊有信心可以簽下這2名球員。

羅國龍24歲，是義大犀牛高國輝的弟弟，台北體大畢業，是去年天津東亞運國手，參加去年底中華職棒選秀，第四輪被統一獅選中（獅隊因吸收郭泓志，放棄前三輪選秀），因此，羅國龍可以說是獅隊第一輪選進的球員。

獅隊6日與羅國龍、張耀文談加盟合約，雖然還沒完全敲定，但蘇泰安說「已達成初步共識」，據了解，羅國龍的簽約金應在300萬元左右，也會有激勵獎金，獅隊希望可以在這兩天就與羅國龍談成合約。

另外，獅隊在選秀會選進的投手張耀文，23歲，蘇泰安說「月薪條件還有點落差」，即使如此，獅隊有信心可以很快談定。張耀文曾效力美國職棒水手隊，2012年11月遭水手隊釋出。

獅隊已簽下在選秀會中選進的投手賴泊凱、薛惟中、外野手方昶詠等3名球員。
