剛剛用MyCard FB 指定卡儲值1000元,完成後要換元寶時發現錢額很奇怪

,後來查看帳號餘額,幹,錢沒進去,購買紀錄也沒有


向FB回報問題了等了半小時一點反應也沒有,請教各位大大有什麼辦法能讓FB盡快處理
