二簽申請的問題 - 今天, 15:35

請問有誰可以告訴我，我在IMMIACCUNT申請了帳號後卻無法申請二簽呢??
我以點選了『我已讀取所有的內容並同意所有的條件』下一個畫面居然是『你已閒置這個會話30分鐘，系統已經關閉』，我就算隔了一天還是無法正常申請，我重新用了新帳號在一次申請了IMMIACCUNT還是無法申請，為甚麼會這樣?請前輩們幫幫忙，謝謝
