一個物件租了20年都處於滿租狀況(3樓有電梯4房2廳位處東區忠孝東路4段)

房東旅居美國一年才回台一次

突然間房客被告知房東不續租

從老鄰居側面得知房東在台灣的親戚一直在慫恿房東賣

說啥現在是房價最高點不賣可惜(這位親戚本身就是房仲)

可憐的房東就這麼相信親戚的話掛賣

去年8月到現在快半年了還是空在那

光是租金就少收至少30萬

人家同棟5樓同坪數開價3800萬也是賣半年都賣不出去

這位房仲超可愛3樓直接掛4800萬在賣

這實在是.........

想抽傭想瘋了嗎???
