房間天花板上的壁癌....

房間已住很多年了！

但從入住約2~3年後，

天花板就開始壁癌出現

刮了n遍了！
房間的整個天花板上，都經常會有壁癌脫落....

這是間三樓半透天
我的房間是在三樓的外側

樓上是陽台--有洗衣機、曬衣區，
陽台上方有採光罩，但平時下大雨或洗衣機的水多少是會流在陽台上。

同事來訪，都說這會影響風水運勢....= =
勸我要趕快處理....

我是借住在親戚家.....

想請問有什麼好方法，可以讓我有效處理這片惱人的壁癌呢？
