標題[問題] 留在大公司還是去新創小公司

各位好，最近面臨是否要換工作的困擾，實在難以決定，所以想說上來聽聽各位的意見：） 我畢業從事行銷工作已經4年了，新莊大學畢業，從出社會以來都是在大公司工作。第一份是某知名百貨3C通路總公司的行銷企劃，第二份（也就是現在這份）是間規劃挺大的（員工也有80人）網路行銷公司，我則是負責幫商業客戶提案寫網路行銷建議的企劃之一。 因為覺得對薪水不是很滿意，加上覺得應該去品牌端多學多看，所以開始有邊工作邊找工作，最後找到一間新創小品牌（大概3年，聽說有持續獲利）的網路行銷專員，目前確定錄取我，跟公司提離職後，公司打算用加薪來留我。 詢問各方親友意見後，同齡朋友大多支持我去小公司多學多看，且小公司老闆自己也說公司很像是半創業的工作環境，有很多發展的空間，裡面員工也說老闆是很肯給的老闆，公司好員工也拿的多這樣。這點非常吸引我。 但年齡稍長的卻反而認為我應該留在舊公司，因為考量年資以及認為舊公司因為認同我的工作表現才會留我，應該在舊公司繼續發展管理職，且認為從大公司跳去小品牌，未來想再回制度跟格局較好的大公司就不容易。 請大家給我意見了謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.141.30.146
