軍官出軌　聞「憲兵隊」嚇傻賠300萬

蕭姓軍人前年國慶日帶李姓小三到賓館開房間，被老婆報警查獲，3人到派出所簽和解書，約定蕭男、李女須各賠蕭妻300萬元。不料蕭男分期給付半年，拖過通姦罪告訴期後拒絕再付款，還提告主張遭妻脅迫立約無效。但高雄地院認定契約有效，只是賠償金額過高，今判蕭男、李女各賠蕭妻100萬元。
 
蕭男指出，前年國慶日凌晨他和李女在高雄華賓旅館遭妻捉姦後轉往派出所談判，因妻恫嚇若不在賠償和解書簽名，就叫憲兵隊來處理，他唯恐遭勒令退伍，加上當時深夜思慮不清，才做出錯誤判斷，否則以他軍職月俸5 萬餘元，怎可能簽下300萬元天價賠償？

蕭妻則稱，老公與李女通姦嚴重破壞她的婚姻，造成她精神痛苦，簽約是為解決糾紛，當時還有蕭男母親、姊姊及警員在場，若被恐嚇，為何不直接向警方求助？

法官認為蕭男非受脅迫立約，但急迫下簽立賠償金額與收入差距過大，顯失公平，判各減為100萬元。仍可上訴。（王吟芳／高雄報導)
