T型車阻卡卡　單車族搏命過馬路

新北市新莊區利濟街水門外的堤防道路，由於以往機車經常利用此處斑馬線迴轉，市府因此在班馬線上加裝鐵杆車阻，但由於該車阻密集腳踏車也無法穿越，日前一名輔大學生騎腳踏車經過時，被卡在車阻前進退不得，相當危險，因此向議員陳文治投訴。
 
該名大學生表示，由於車阻設置後腳踏車無法穿越，而行人穿越燈也只有20秒通行，當時被卡住後車輛隨即在身邊呼嘯而過，只能趕緊抬著腳踏車從分隔島穿越，認為車阻設置不當。新北市水利局表示，將勘查現場地形後，調整穿越秒數或改善車阻。（李定宇／新北報導）
