餐廳名稱：大勇街無名鹹粥 消費時間：2013年/4月 地址：台南市中西區大勇街83號 營業時間：05:00~13:00 圖文版：http://tina20618.pixnet.net/blog/post/89020961 放假回家時家人常常會出去吃早餐 從菜市場的牛肉湯到比較知名的阿堂鹹粥都有吃過 但這兩樣價錢都偏貴，這次就選擇較平價的大勇街無名鹹粥來當早餐啦~ 價目表，我覺得還蠻便宜的 鹹粥，裡面有蠻多蚵仔、虱目魚和土魠魚肉 吃起來感覺還蠻新鮮的 湯頭有芹菜和油蔥酥提味，喝起來也不油膩 粥則是粒粒分明的，自己還蠻喜歡的 魚肚，魚肚是燙熟之後在放上薑去腥 單純吃就可以感受到他的新鮮度 魚皮，帶有一點肉 台南還有其他家有名的魚皮，可惜都還沒去吃過 就等待之後的食記吧 魚腸，我不敢吃就沒嘗試了 肉粽，帶有一點月桃葉的香氣 不過家人就不是很喜歡了 雖然說大勇街無名鹹粥沒有像阿堂鹹粥這麼有名氣 但這個樸實的美味卻讓人很愛 況且平價加上不用排隊這兩點就大勝了！ 消費時間：2013.04.07 店家資訊： 店名：大勇街無名鹹粥 地址：台南市中西區大勇街83號 營業時間：05:00~13:00 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.123.126.49 ※ 編輯: tinatsai 來自: 140.123.126.49 (03/04 17:35)
