電吉他錄音問題

我的筆電是Win8，我最近想要用電吉他錄音，有用Reaper錄音，有一個困擾是，我用導線接電腦麥克風，當我錄兩軌時，第一軌錄好了，要錄第二軌，在錄第二軌時，有放第一軌的音樂，但是第二軌會錄到第一軌的聲音，想請問要如何讓錄音不要錄到電腦的輸出!!!
