標題[請問] 手機月租費

因為手機去年是3月到期 但是中間忙到7月想起來才在網路上續約 所以新的約是到今年的7月 但是中間空了近4個月，沒接過什麼續約的訊息 今天問了客服才知道中間空著的4個月 同樣的月租費照算，有續約再以新合約為主 一年的約時間到不解約，新的約要解約要付解約金 這樣說不太過去吧 請問這段空窗有機會要求電信公司承擔嗎？ 謝謝～！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.170.245
