不好意思 因為勞保局下班了 想提早了解 所以po文 這份工作是 9：30~22：00休息1個小時30分 月休排6天 我在12月3號開始上班 結果1月29號發生車禍是下班途中發生 結果送到醫院才知道沒有被保健保 結果隔天打電話通知老闆說出車禍無法去上班 老闆說無法上班那就要另請他人 我也只能說好…… 老闆說剩沒幾天乾脆湊一個月25給你 帶一盒蘋果 沒工作沒收入 結果我的朋友跟我說我可以申請勞工職災才發現老闆沒幫我保勞保 現在去舉發還會受理嗎？ 謝謝大家！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.29.186
