OUTLOOK 2007 完全無法讀取純文字信件

公司換了新電腦，作業系統是WIN 7，使用OUTLOOK 2007收發郵件，不曉得為什麼對方信件若是純文字格式就會空白一片(沒有夾帶附件僅有文字內容)，而且按下回覆的話，也完全不能編輯內容、沒辦法打字，僅能輸入收件者、副本，若直接以此信件轉寄給別人，別人也都還能正常顯示內容。

現在都要另外用一種方式讀取純文字郵件，覺得很不方便，請求解決，謝謝。
