除了刑事還有民事的損害了對方的名譽，可以提告請求賠償

要看 一下新聞報紙阿

有人在對方的臉書說 "胖得像豬一樣"

這也沒有指名道姓，但法官 判他有罪 刑事方面拘役15天

民事 賠償5萬元。

(所以自己說的話，要自己負責喔)
