（中央社洛杉磯1日綜合外電報導）世界排名第一的高球名將老虎伍茲（Tiger Woods）今天表示，他由於最近的背部問題昨天動手術，將無法參加3日開打的名人賽（Masters）。

伍茲在推特和官網表示：「說我將缺席名人賽，令人很感傷。」

這將是伍茲1995年以業餘球員身分亮相以來，首度缺席這項名人賽。

伍茲表示：「在嘗試為名人賽做好準備，而未能取得必要進展後，在與我的醫生諮商後，我決定動手術。」1030402
