劉政池涉竊占國土 趙藤雄被檢傳喚到案

針對劉政池所涉陽明山77行館竊佔國土、詐貸案，士林地方法院在今（23）日首度傳喚遠雄集團總裁趙藤雄到案，要調查究竟遠雄是單純的詐貸案受害人，或是私相授受配合詐貸；對於相關案情，趙藤雄在進入法院前表示，偵查不公開。目前庭訊仍在進行中。

根據檢調消息指出，苗栗縣長劉政鴻的弟弟劉政池，涉嫌偽造財報資料向遠雄人壽貸款約3億元，其中約2億元貸款用陽明山77行館作抵押；因此為了查明詐貸案情，才會連日相繼約談遠雄集團多名高層，查明是否其中有弊。

而由於趙藤雄與劉政池家族關係匪淺，並且又在苗栗縣後龍順利發展國際醫療園區，因此檢調除了先將遠雄集團定位為被害人外，也不排除雙方可能有勾結配合詐貸。
