目前房價的確過高了~是不合理!!

但是很大原因是~這10幾年來的薪資沒有漲!!!

我13年前退伍後~第一份工作起薪3萬元!!

目前工作是國內百大企業的作業員~薪資也是3萬元多一些!!

新人更只有2萬5左右!!!

13年前~板橋一間30坪中古屋約400~500萬

目前板橋一間30坪中古屋約900~1000萬

漲幅約2倍~3倍

13年前汽油一公升約18元~目前36元

漲幅也是2倍

其實很多東西這10幾年來~都漲了2~3倍!!!

如果這13年來~台灣的薪資結構~也能上漲2倍!!!!

新人起薪可以到達約5~6萬元!!!

我相信房價問題不會這麼嚴重!!!

目前我身邊的確很多人為了買房子或付房貸!!!

過著很可憐的生活!!!

政府應該努力提升國人的薪資結構!!!

薪資水準提高後!!

政府稅收也能提高!!

如果只是單純的打壓房價!!!

就算房價跌3成~1000萬變700萬

以目前大學生起薪2萬多!!

加上目前的高物價!!!

要存錢買700萬的房子!!

也是困難重重!!!
