手機昨天開始要設電話鈴聲就出現這個了

而且連鬧鐘都設不了，都會程序停止。

有上網搜尋相關解決方法，但試過了都沒有用
大家都說要去應用程式管理員-----全部----媒體存放裝置---清除快取
但我用了很多次都沒有用

跪求幫忙。
