交通部長葉匡時今考察台中港

交通部長葉匡時今天與立法委員蔡其昌及林佳龍考察台中港的港務建設，包括碼頭釣魚區、公共倉儲區規畫，以及遊艇活動與遊艇製造產業發展。

交通部航港局表示，遊艇活動與遊艇製造產業發展，目前著重在法規鬆綁、程序簡化及安全維護。法規鬆綁部分，全長未滿24公尺自用遊艇，遊艇證書已放寬為無期間限制；量產製造遊艇，經造船技師簽證，得不經特別檢查即發給遊艇證書。遊艇入出境證照查驗也簡化程序。

此外，遊艇CIQS聯檢作業管理系統5月1日上線，遊艇使用人在申請入出境時，經航港局受理，即可自動通報關務、入出境、檢疫、安檢相關機關及港灣口岸管理機關。
