詐騙新手法 手機簡訊別亂點

（中央社記者劉建邦台北27日電）收到簡訊要小心，刑事局今天說，駭客以傳統文字簡訊傳到智慧型手機，點選後再控制手機發出釣魚訊息。

針對智慧型手機的惡意程式不斷變形，若手機中毒，簡訊除了會被攔截傳到駭客伺服器外，更可能被歹徒從遠端控制手機發簡訊。

刑事局副局長陳檡文說，從去年10月起，詐騙集團以不同理由傳送含有惡意程式連結的LINE簡訊，民眾若點選或配合操作，手機就會被安裝木馬程式，駭客會從遠端執行小額付費扣款詐騙。

據統計，去年詐欺件數發生1萬8772件，財損金額新台幣37億元，簡訊詐騙案件持續增加，去年手機簡訊詐欺案件發生272件、財損金額245萬6199元；民國103年1至4月發生497件、財損金額315萬293元。

陳檡文說，詐騙集團利用通訊軟體系統防護措施不足及智慧型手機作業軟體安全漏洞和電信業者小額付款機制欠妥善等情況下進行詐騙。

他呼籲，駭客過去竊取LINE帳號和密碼，現在多是透過傳統簡訊傳到智慧型手機，民眾點選後，再控制手機發出釣魚訊息。1030527
