紛亂桌面早已擺滿準備好的早午餐，這時我們需要一道完美飲品來搭配滿桌豐盛。「香草豆漿奶昔」裡，醇厚豆漿香氣與天然香草呈現完美奶香，加入馬茲卡邦起司等食材打成奶昔狀，口感濃郁滑順，除此之外還有滿滿的營養。夏季酷暑裡，有這樣如此美好的光景，顯得活力十足、精神奕奕。

*此食譜適用於「乳糖不耐症」的朋友們。

份量| 4人份

材料|

香草莢/切開取籽（取籽後香草莢不用一同加入） 1根

豆漿/冷凍成冰塊狀 500c.c.

中華豆腐 200g

砂糖 50g

蛋黃 3顆

馬茲卡邦起司（Mascarpone） 200g

做法|

將所有材料混合，以食物調理機打成奶昔狀即可。
