防普悠瑪黃牛 每張最高罰10倍

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北11日電）台鐵今天表示，台北到台東普悠瑪號列車除週末部分尖峰班次售完外，其他有餘票，鐵路法加重黃牛罰則，最高每張罰票價10倍。

媒體報導，普悠瑪一位難求，臉書黃牛票橫行。台灣鐵路管理局表示，7月16日改點後，台北到台東的自強號運能平日增加18%，假日增加40%，應符合運量需求。

台鐵說，從台北開往台東的列車，座位配置都儘量配給台東地區，其餘座位則配置在台北－花蓮－台東，提供花蓮往台東旅客使用。

根據目前台鐵訂票情形，台北到台東的普悠瑪號列車，除週五及週日部分尖峰班次已售完外，其餘每天各時段都還有餘票。

台鐵提醒，鐵路法今年6月18日修正公布，加重鐵路黃牛加重罰則，購買車票加價出售，每張最高可罰車票價格10倍；非法程式大量訂票者，最高可處新台幣50萬元罰緩。

台鐵局將持續與鐵路警察局合作，加強注意查緝，杜絕加價販售車票的不法情事。1030711
