高雄下起陣雨　氣爆現場救災受阻

高雄清晨3時許開始陸續下起陣雨，氣爆現場也因雨勢過大一度中斷，沒想到雨勢停歇後，救難人員準備再度進行挖掘工作時，整個凱旋路塌陷的路面居然從下水道口灌入大量雨水，導致水位不斷攀升影響救災機具運作，救難人員只好先撤離等待水位退去再繼續進行挖掘工作。(侯昌騰／高雄報導)
